“Lady Gaga is a one-of-a-kind artist. The way she loves people, and the way the people love her—I’ve never seen anything like it,” said Gayle King. “As she continues to break records and boundaries in the music world and beyond, I am thrilled to spend an uncensored, unscripted hour with her and millions of her fans across the country live on SiriusXM.”
When her latest compilation, Born This Way, was released, Amazon sold the album for just $0.99 in an effort to give consumers exposure to their CloudDrive service. The event crashed Amazon’s servers due to high demand. This past April Sirius XM ran a promotion that let a lucky subscriber meet pop icon Gaga.
“Lady Gaga’s individual and inimitable voice, style and savvy have earned her an unparalleled bond with millions of fans worldwide,” said Scott Greenstein, President and Chief Content Officer, SiriusXM. “Only on SiriusXM will you find the special pairing of two distinct voices such as Gaga and Gayle. This one of a kind conversation is not to be missed.”
Lady Gaga’s album Born This Way has sold over 1.1 million copies to date, and marks Lady Gaga’s first No. 1 album. She is the fifth female artist to sell over a million albums in a debut week. Lady Gags also has the most followers on Twitter. Perhaps Sirius XM can get some exposure out of this.

This disturbing looking freak is just the latest in a long line of marketing creations who, along with her shrewd and calculating marketing team, has learned how to brainwash and manipulate the imbecilic, junk culture American public for all they’re worth. Like most of the non talent, lip syncing, booty shaking “singers” out there, their act is more about outrageous production and sexually provocative gyrations from the obligatory near naked gay male dancers, and thrusting, grinding, borderline obscene sexcapades of the even more naked female dancers. Since none of these “stars” can sing, what better way to distract and entertain the audience than to conduct a simulated orgy on stage, usually involving more groping and dry humping than you could see at a sleazy juice bar, or drunken bachelor party. That’s the state of entertainment these days, and that’s exactly what the people want. 99% of the people in this country are complete morons – dumbed down by years of watching crap on television, and believing and accepting as gospel everything the media and advertising tells them. The two most popular tv shows are “Idol” and “Dancing.” One show has young, talentless people who can’t sing at all, hosted by a complete tool who by some miracle has become a suck-cess on tv… and the other is a show with desperate, D list celebrities exposing way too much flesh (or lard) who get teamed up with mostly foriegn professional dancers who spend most of their time molesting and feeling up the contestants. It makes for scintillating programming, and a terrific respite for the average American from annoyances like war, our country being trillions of dollars in debt, the 21% unemployment rate (don’t believe the figures out of Washington), and the country basically going down the toilet. Thank God we have wonderful entertainers like GaGa, and high quality tv shows to lift the collective spirits of all concerned, intelligent citizens. Just think: people risk their lives, floating across the ocean on rafts made from tree branches and kite string – just so they can come to a place where you can reach the highest pinnacle of success, whather you have talent or not. Only in America, baby!
Have you ever once heard Gaga sing? I bet you’ve NEVER heard her sing live. Yes there are pop artists out there like Britney Spears who never sing live but Gaga always sings live and she actually sings very well. She does have talent, and she’s been playing piano since age 4 and started taking voice lessons around age 11/12. At her shows, she even plays songs on piano while singing to them- live. I know after manufactured “artists” like Britney Spears, you might think Gaga is just another but she’s not. Britney can’t sing, can’t write her own song, doesn’t do anything- now people even say she’s using body doubles to dance for her in music videos. But if you think Gaga can be placed into that same category of manufactured, talentless woman who does whatever people tell her to, you’re seriously mistaken. She writes her own songs, she chooses her own outfits (it might be hard for you to believe that someone actually likes to dress up that outrageously and not just do it for the attention, but she does, shes not being told to dress like that), she sings live, she dances to some difficult choreography (while singing live, when some artists are scared out of singing because they dont think they can do that and dance at once), she can play the piano, she designs her own concerts & performances, she directed her last music video, and she’s a genuinely good person who wants to make a positive impact on the world, even if she does seem a bit “out there.” There are kids who feel as if they don’t fit in and she’s made them proud of who they are and has probably saved a number of them from committing suicide by helping them love themselves for who they are. Negative criticism that’s so cruel and unjust like this comment you just made doesnt hurt her, it only hurts her fans, who look up to her so much because she’s made such a positive difference in their lives. Your comment was ignorant, hurtful and so blatantly wrong (you obviously know nothing about Gaga so you’re just assuming she has no talent when she does, there are numerous youtube videos that prove that, including some where she’s singing a capella) so next time you want to post something like that, don’t. To quote Lady Gaga, “It’s always wrong to hate, but it’s never wrong to love.” So stop spreading hate in this world. People like you are the ones ruining America, with so much ignorance. Ignorance will be America’s downfall.
